‘Slurping Soup’ authors Cherie Emigh and Kathryn Tonges were the guest speakers at the monthly Viva meeting on Wednesday 27 April, at The Westin Beijing. Cherie and Kathryn spoke about the writing process of the six authors, the mutual desire of the authors to help third culture kids cope with the challenges of living internationally and the importance of the book in facilitating crucial discussions in every expat family. Audience questions reflected a high degree of interest in the resource and positive support.
